Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds are part of the Bob’s Red Mill grains of Discovery product line. The name “chia” Coming from the Mayan word for “strength,” chia seeds were eaten by the ancient Aztecs and Mayans to boost energy and increase stamina. Chia seeds are also touted for their Omega-3 fatty acids content.
